Heavy Metal Grooves

This assortment of heavy metal drum grooves – energetic, fast, and concise – will allow you to discover how well the heavy, but still supple, strokes on the hi-hat and the aggressive sound of the snare and bass drum fit into saturated guitar riffs. You will be taught how to play spectacular breaks distributed amongst all the elements of the drum set and how to spice them up with crash cymbals. Backbeats and double bass drum playing will also join the party. This course places ten heavy metal drum grooves and the appropriate breaks with their corresponding recordings at your disposal along with just as many “made-to-measure” backing tracks that you can use to play along to – as though you were in a band!
