Slap Grooves: Entry-Level

These slap basslines are aimed primarily at bassists who have only recently begun practicing this technique. They are easily accessible because they only concentrate on the two principal slapping techniques, thumb slapping and popping, as well as the two legato techniques, hammer-on and pull-off, employing tempi and rhythmic values that are adapted to your level. This course provides ten slap grooves with their corresponding recordings, as well as various backing tracks that you can use to play along with – as though you were already in a band!
